My Experience with Xero
10 years ago, I was struggling searching on Google, something that I even didn’t know it really existed, and I just stumbled on Xero, after a long time in searching on the internet. To tell you the truth, I’m very stupid when it comes to numbers, so accounting to me, means Iggily biggily or Ittly bittly! This is to tell you that I knew nothing about accounting and I do hate dealing with numbers.
At the beginning, after I managed to know my way around the Xero’s website, of course it took me a little bit time to get familiar on how to use the program itself. But honestly speaking, it did not take that long time I thought it will, and my entire life changed completely when it comes to accounting, after I figured out how the Xero accounting software works. It is simple and easy.
Thanks to the help and the customer services support, who are really very professionals in dealing with their customers, whether if you contact them directly or you use the help and support page on the website.
Guess what? I have learned everything that I know about Xero, just by using their help support page whenever I face a problem or something complicated for me to understand. The great thing is that you have there all the help you need through videos, written texts, steps guidance…everything is there to help you with anything you need, and I did learn the type of accounting that people learn for years in a college through the Xero’s help.
Actually I consider xero as the accounting department of our company. It is very easy and simple to use Xeros’ tools and figure out many issues, without even talking to an expert to get help.
